Host 192.168.5.40 is TrueNAS SCALE with some containers. Some unnamed idiot sysadmin took it off DHCP and forgot to assign a gateway.

Now, two of three containers on that host cannot be accessed by 192.168.5.226. Putting the gateway back fixed it.

Part 0.5:

I took it off DHCP because every time it would release and renew it's address, it'd toggle between 5.40 and 5.130.

Note: 192.168.5.130 is the IP it had when I was still configuring before migration.
Note: 192.168.5.40 is the only entry with it's MAC in the reservation table.
Note: There are zero entries with it's MAC in the lease table.
Note: There are zero entries in any table for 192.168.5.130 anywhere.
Note: This persists across router and NAS reboots.
